Beta Lift Maintenance is born

BH Nortman acquires Beta Lift Maintenance (Pty) Ltd, with 39 service contracts under management — the starting point of the business.

Power Elevators joins the fold

BH Nortman acquires Power Elevators (Pty) Ltd, adding a further 31 units and expanding the young company's footprint.

Beta & Power Elevators grows organically by acquiring further service contracts, becoming a leading independent company in the industry.

IFE Elevators officially launches

IFE installs its first three new installations at Swiss House, Johannesburg, and establishes its Durban branch.

IFE acquires HiTech Technical

IFE Elevators absorbs Beta Lifts, bringing the group's service history under one brand.

IFE is appointed service provider for all lifts at the Sun City precinct (54 units), and completes 252 Thabo Sehume:
